hello. i've made you an interesting thing; click the picture above to hear it. since our last meeting, i was interviewed by a las vegas jazz publication, co-produced and played on part of a three-cd set of music for the university, and have picked up subbing work on a couple more shows. things are okay here. but when it's 115F, you have your first weekend in town in a month, and a rehearsal gets cancelled, your options are to either a) make like a hippo and kill with your teeth those people who weren't put off by your halitosis after interrupting your sweaty nap, or b) transcribe and record yourself playing along to birdsong. i hope you're well.
